As a full-time Broker Associate, Cyndy enjoys listening to her customers and translating their wishes into reality, making real estate transactions a smooth and satisfying experience. She loves finding the perfect home as well as crafting precision marketing plans to deliver qualified buyers. Cyndy's white-glove customer service has put her in the top tier of local agents. Raised by generations of real estate investors, Cyndy learned the ropes in her teens, working for her parents in their residential real estate business in the Florida Keys. Following in her mother's footsteps, she acquired and currently manages multiple residential properties. Understanding investment property from the ground up is a knowledge base she enjoys sharing with her customers.

Cyndy has BA in Communications from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ, and graduate studies in Communication Science at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. Cyndy spent three decades in the advertising industry, working beside her husband, professional photographer and videographer, Alan. Cyndy's familiarity with all advertising platforms from digital to broadcast television allows her to not only educate the public on the real estate industry, but also to present her listings in the best possible light. When Cyndy is not working in real estate, you can find her off exploring all that North Florida has to offer, on land and sea. An avid nature photographer and artist, Cyndy is especially fond of capturing the wildlife that inhabit Florida's many coasts and marshes. A Lyric Soprano, Cyndy enjoys singing with local choral ensembles and is a sponsor of the Jacksonville Children's Chorus.
